The Beacon LED Tower-T4 has been designed to give the contractor choices when deploying & operating. The central cabinet allows the placement of an Inverter Generator of choice which can be connected to the supplied internal fuel tank.

By placing a larger Generator inside the cabinet, the contractor would be able to provide additional power to Site just like a traditional Lighting Tower. Alternatively, the contractor could just daisy chain the Beacon LED Towers together on the Site. Daisy chaining is a fantastic option as it reduces the number of prime movers on the Site. A 2kW Generator placed inside Unit 1 would have the capability to power Unit 1, Unit 2 and Site power tools. Its important to note that with the internal fuel tank fitted inside the cabinet, the Beacon LED Tower can operate for 45hrs utilizing a 2kW inverter generator.
Breakdowns and refueling can be challenging on any Site. Breakdowns can lead to hire-exchanges which are costly (labor, cranes and transport). A trained technician needs to diagnose the fault before conducting a repair. This process causes additional down-time and leads to the loss of revenue or penalties. The Beacon LED Tower-T4 has been designed taking these factors into consideration. If the inverter generator breaks down, the technician just needs to replace it and switch the lights back on, its that simple. Gone are the days of expensive hire-exchanges.
